We are committed to providing excellence in everything we do and a superior experience for our guests. The foundation of these principles is a well-compensated staff. The fee is not a gratuity; you are not expected to add more but the staff certainly appreciates it if they provide excellent service.

  • The artist is Nathan Mabry from Durango, Colorado. The cold, hard-edged steel gives way to one of the most iconic gestures we know as humans. From world leaders flashing the symbol ending wars to Max Yasgur saying farewell to the fans on his dairy farm at the end of Woodstock, the “V” or peace sign is a part of everyone’s experience. Nathan’s art explores the aesthetic combination of visual expression, social values and diverse cultures.

  • Yep, sure did. An electrical fire started in the basement on the coldest day of December 2018, just months before we were preparing to open. We are grateful for the firefighters and emergency staff that helped contain the fire and secure the site. It took a while to figure out the next plan, but we hope you like what we have rebuilt. Thanks to the construction crew and the town of Cable for helping us get where we are today.
